FAQ

Questions before you order.

Still unsure? Email us your file and we'll take a look.

What file do I need?

An STL file of your model. Most CAD and 3D modelling apps can export one, including Fusion, SolidWorks, Tinkercad and Blender. You can also paste a MakerWorld model link.

How much does 3D printing cost in India?

At Printin3D India, 3D printing costs ₹130 per print hour, with a minimum of ₹130, plus a flat ₹200 delivery charge anywhere we ship in India. A small part that prints in 2 hours costs ₹460 delivered. Upload your STL file to see the exact price for your model, including delivery, before you pay.

How do I pay?

Online at checkout, by UPI, debit or credit card, or net banking. You get an invoice by email with every order.

Where do you deliver?

We ship across India with tracking. You'll see the delivery charge in your quote, and we send a tracking link as soon as your parcel leaves us.

Is my design kept private?

Yes. We only use your file to print your order and never share or sell it. If you need a signed NDA for a product prototype, ask us before you upload.
