Where we deliver

We deliver across India by trusted courier partners. If your PIN code isn't covered, we'll contact you before printing, and give you a full refund if we can't deliver.

Delivery charge

Delivery is a flat ₹200 per order, whatever its size or destination. It is shown in your quote before you pay. Order several parts together and you pay delivery only once.

Printing and dispatch times

We usually print, check, pack and dispatch orders within 2 working days of payment. Large or complex prints, and large quantities, can take longer; we'll email you if we expect any delay. Working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

These are estimates. Courier delays, festivals, public holidays and weather can sometimes make delivery take longer.

Tracking

When your order is dispatched, we email you the courier name and a tracking number so you can follow your parcel.

Your delivery address

Please check your address, PIN code and phone number carefully before you pay. The courier may call you to arrange delivery. We can change the address only before your order is dispatched; after that, parcels can't be rerouted. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we'll resend it once you pay the delivery charge again.

Late, lost or damaged parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within the times above, email us with your order number and we'll chase the courier. If a parcel is lost in transit, we'll reprint and resend it free, or refund you in full. If it arrives damaged, take photos of the parcel and the item, and follow our Returns and refund policy.
