Terms and conditions

These terms apply to your use of printin3dindia.com and to every order you place with Printin3D India ("we", "us"). By using the website or placing an order, you accept these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the website.

Quotes and orders

• Our quote tool calculates the price from the print time of your model at ₹130 per print hour, with a minimum of ₹130, plus a flat ₹200 delivery charge per order. The price shown before you pay is the price you pay.
• Your order is confirmed when your payment succeeds and you receive an order confirmation by email.
• We may decline or cancel an order, with a full refund, if a model can't be printed successfully, breaks these terms, or the price was shown wrongly because of a technical error.
• Our quotes and checkout are provided by our technology partner Printin3D (Ireland). The contract for your order is with Printin3D India.

Payment

You pay online at checkout by UPI, debit or credit card, net banking or the other methods shown. Payments are processed by our payment gateway. All prices are in Indian rupees.

Your files and designs

• You keep all rights to the designs you upload. We use your files only to quote and print your order, and we never share, sell or reuse them.
• By uploading a file, you confirm that you own it or have permission to print it, and that printing it doesn't infringe anyone else's copyright, design, trademark or patent.
• If someone makes a claim against us because a file you uploaded infringed their rights, you agree to cover our reasonable losses arising from that claim.

Items we won't print

We won't print, and may cancel orders for:

• Weapons, functional weapon parts or replicas that could be mistaken for real weapons
• Anything illegal to make or own in India
• Copies of other people's designs or branded products that you don't have permission to reproduce
• Offensive, hateful or obscene objects

What to expect from a 3D print

3D printing builds a part layer by layer, so printed parts show fine layer lines and may have small cosmetic marks where supports were removed. Colours can look slightly different from how they appear on your screen. Dimensions are accurate to within a few tenths of a millimetre; for parts that must fit precisely, see our STL file checklist. We print the model exactly as uploaded, so check your file's size and design before you order. If you're unsure what to expect, email us before ordering.

Our website content

Printin3D India and its licensors own the content of this website, including text, images, guides and logos, and reserve all rights. You may view and print pages for your personal use. You must not copy, republish, sell, rent, sub-license or redistribute our content without written permission. You're welcome to link to any page of our website, as long as the link isn't misleading and doesn't suggest we endorse you. Using our logo needs our written permission.

Accuracy and availability

We work to keep the information on our website correct and up to date, but we can't guarantee it is always complete or current, or that the website will always be available without interruption.

Limitation of liability

• If something goes wrong with an order, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
• We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or business interruption, or for how a printed part is used after delivery. 3D prints are not certified for safety-critical, medical or food-contact use.
• Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited under Indian law, including for fraud, or your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, without affecting your right as a consumer to approach a consumer commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.

Contact and grievances

For any question or complaint about these terms or an order, contact us. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 30 days.
